About the Role
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of a custom suite of software developed in-house. You will serve as the technical authority, mentor junior developers, and ensure high standards of code quality. Your responsibilities will include leading front-end development using Angular, back-end development in C#, database management, and driving Agile processes within the team.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in C# or equivalent Object-Oriented languages.
- Proficiency in relational database design and SQL development.
Preferred:
- Experience with Angular or any modern component-based JavaScript framework.
- Exposure to any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
