As a Lead Golang Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the vHSM platform from architecture to deployment. You will collaborate with the CTO and CPO on the product roadmap, manage the full engineering lifecycle including development, testing, and CI/CD, mentor a small engineering team, and represent the product at industry events.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years in software development, preferably in cloud-native or key management solutions.
- Strong experience in Golang, JavaScript, and gRPC.
- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering secure, scalable systems.
