About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of hardware engineering experience, preferably in automotive or battery/electrical systems.
- Proven experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, mixed-signal hardware, and PCB design.
- Strong knowledge of hardware validation, schematic capture, and board bring-up.
- Experience leading engineering teams or providing technical mentorship.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hardware engineering standards and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $140k–$150k per year.
- Annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing opportunities based on company and individual performance.
- 12 days of vacation per year (prorated), 5 emergency PTO days, plus 10 company-paid holidays.
