As a Lead Health Information Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing requests for patient health information, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. You will also assist with training associates, generate reports, and participate in project teams to improve operational strategies.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-year Health Information related experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred:
- 2+ years Health Information related experience.
- Previous production/metric-based work experience.
- In-person customer service experience.
