About the Role

You will also handle employee relations, conduct investigations, and collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver comprehensive HR services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of HR business partner experience.
- Substantive knowledge of HR and business unit strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters.
- Strong consulting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources laws and principles.
