Summary
Bandwidth Inc. is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to join their team at the Ohana Child Development Center in Raleigh, NC. The role involves providing high-quality Montessori/RIE based programming for infants aged 4 months to 5 years.
About the Role
As a Lead Infant Guide, you will contribute to a collaborative teaching culture, provide primary caregiving to infants, communicate effectively with parents and staff, observe and document developmental milestones, and mentor other teachers in Montessori and RIE pedagogy. You will ensure a positive work environment and comply with company standards and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and MACTE accredited Montessori certification or RIE training preferred.
- 5+ years working in an infant environment.
- Skilled in observation techniques and documentation.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Preferred:
- Masters in related fields.
- Knowledge of Positive Discipline at the infant/toddler level.
- RIE foundations course trained.
- Fluency in languages other than English.
