About the Role
As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will coordinate and implement educational curriculum, lead by example, plan age-appropriate activities, maintain communication with parents, ensure compliance with center policies and state regulations, supervise teacher assistants, maintain accurate records, and focus on continuous professional development.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of professional childcare experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High energy and ability to work well with others.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (or can attain upon hire).
- Must clear full background check and pass health screening.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in early childhood education or related field with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
