About the Role
As a Lead Instructional Assistant - Paraprofessional, you will implement positive behavior supports, collect and analyze student data, provide direct support to students, and serve as a member of the IEP team. You will also assist in professional development for program assistants and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) prior to being hired.
- Two years of instructional assistant experience.
- Completion of 60 College Credit Hours, Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university, or successfully passed an Arizona State approved paraprofessional test.
- Valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate within thirty days of hire.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in English and target language.
- Basic Excel knowledge/experience.
- Current CPI certification.
