About the Role
As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for the daily care and support of students, ensuring staff collect and record data, supervising instructional activities, and collaborating with the Head Teacher to develop educational and treatment objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-3 years of experience in providing direct care for persons with significant developmental or physical disabilities.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
Preferred:
- Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) a plus.
