- High school diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing 3-6 direct reports.
- Exposure to international shipping regulations, such as ITAR.
- Strong IT knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other heavy manufacturing.
- Prior experience in a high-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build working relationships.
