About the Role
About You
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 5 plus years of experience in desktop support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience leading projects from start to finish.
- Microsoft Certification(s) or other IT related certifications.
- Excels in advanced networking concepts.
- Demonstrated skills in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtual desktop infrastructures.
