About the Role
As a Lead Lab Technician / Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and safely storing samples, determining and performing necessary tests, recording and reporting results, and maintaining lab equipment. You will also supervise and develop Lab Technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Valid MLT (Medical Lab Technician) license.
- Proven experience working as a lab technician.
- Working experience operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Understanding of electronic and computerized equipment in laboratories.
- Able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures.
- Superb dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
