About the Role
As a Lead Lot Operations Specialist, you will coordinate assignments and schedules with vendor partners, supervise direct reports, oversee vehicle flow, monitor lot damage, and ensure timely processing of Lot Operations paperwork. You will also communicate with various teams to ensure smooth operations on sale days.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
- Strong communication, organizational, teamwork, customer service, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of auction lot operations experience and knowledge of overall auction functions.
- Basic computer skills.
