As a Lead Mammography Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Mammography technologists, ensuring compliance with regulations, and performing all mammography procedures. You will also assist with operational, financial, and personnel activities within the department while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with advanced certification in Mammography.
- Active BLS certification.
Preferred:
- Advanced certification in Quality Management and/or Bone Density.
- Two years of directly related experience in a hospital setting with supervisory experience.
