About the Role
As a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor, you will be responsible for coaching and collaborating with team members to provide personalized instruction in a group setting. Your daily tasks will include assessing student progress, communicating with parents, and teaching using the Mathnasium Method both in-center and online. You will also support a safe learning environment and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
About You
Required:
- Passion for math and working with students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Mathnasium
Mathnasium is a learning center where students go after school to boost their math skills. We are highly specialized; we only teach math. Our program is for students in K2 through 8th grade. Like at a gym or health club, members pay a low monthly fee and can drop–in anytime. Our goal is to significantly increase your child's math skills, understanding of math concepts, and overall school performance, while building confidence and forging a positive attitude toward the subject.
