About the Role
As a Lead Medical Assistant, you will serve as a primary assistant to physicians and nurses, performing various patient care activities, managing inventory, coordinating staff meetings, supervising department work, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will also assist in staff development and may handle scheduling and payroll responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- CPR Certification required
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferably in the medical field
Preferred:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred but not necessary
- Experienced in staff roles with a history of good performance
