About the Role

As a Lead Network Security Engineer, you will act as a central point of contact for enterprise initiatives, design and maintain network security solutions, coordinate proactive security consulting, influence teams to integrate security early in development, manage cybersecurity risks, and research emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
At least 1 year of experience providing guidance and oversight of security concepts.
At least 1 year of experience performing security risk assessments and security architecture reviews.
At least 1 year of experience with architecture, software design, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree.
6+ years of experience in Network Security and Web Security, including Proxy/Secure Web Gateway (Broadcom Proxy/WSS, Netskope), CASB, Remote Browser Isolation, and Secure Remote Access.
5+ years of experience with Splunk and enterprise monitoring.
Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud security practices.
Familiarity with development and automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub).
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CEH, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Financial services industry experience and regulated environments.
