Summary
VOLTO Consulting is seeking a Lead OLFM Functional Consultant to join their team in Allentown, PA. The role involves designing, leading, and delivering end-to-end solutions for leasing operations on Oracle E-Business Suite.
About the Role
As a Lead OLFM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading OLFM solution design, configuring financial products, driving workshops to discuss requirements, overseeing testing, and guiding junior consultants. You will work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of OLFM solutions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in OLFM functional roles, including at least one end-to-end implementation as lead.
- Strong understanding of Operating, Direct Finance, Sales-Type Leases, and Loans and related accounting flows.
- Hands-on experience with streams (rent, residual, principal, interest), pricing, vendor programs, and investor funding models.
- Expert knowledge of OLFM integration with AR/AP/GL/FA.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with securitisation/syndication in OLFM.
- Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP lessor accounting.
- Exposure to Credit Management, EBTax, OM/Inventory.
