About the Role
As the Lead, Omnichannel Analytics, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the omnichannel experience, provide actionable insights through reporting, develop machine learning algorithms for personalized recommendations, and conduct in-depth analysis of data sources. You will also manage third-party providers and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
About You
Required:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of analytics/data science experience with a focus on omnichannel analytics.
- Strong proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, and/or Python.
- Expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Excel, QlikView, and QlikSense.
- People leadership experience.
- Experience working with global partners.
