About the Role
As the Lead Organizational Development Partner, you will architect organizational blueprints for a global EV leader, act as an internal consultant for large-scale transformation engagements, and leverage people analytics to enhance organizational health. Your responsibilities will include defining organization design principles, leading functional transformation projects, building succession planning protocols, and aligning culture with strategic goals.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Operating Model Development, or Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Proven experience within a management consultancy firm or an equivalent internal consulting arm of a public company.
- Success applying OD capabilities within tech-centered, advanced manufacturing, or retail environments.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through enterprise-wide transformation engagements.
- Proven track record in managing/analyzing large datasets and using analytics to drive project execution.
- Proficiency with Workday and people data reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master’s or PhD in I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior.
- Deep expertise in OKR (Objectives and Key Results) practical application.
- Experience in a public company environment within the automotive or tech sector.
