About the Role
As a Lead Patient Care Coordinator, you will oversee daily front office operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and communications. You will support, mentor, and train front office staff, monitor schedule flow to maximize provider availability, ensure accurate entry of patient information, and serve as the go-to resource for escalated patient concerns. Collaboration with clinical and leadership teams is essential to align patient coordination with practice goals.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years proven experience in a supervisory role with a leadership mindset.
- Must have dental knowledge/experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and scheduling systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial processes.
- Commitment to excellent patient service and a supportive team environment.
