About the Role
As a Lead Patient Service Representative, you will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to manage patients' administrative needs. You will provide leadership to the PSR team, assist with registration, support clinic flow, and ensure compliance with practice policies. This position requires working Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare.
- Customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Electronic health record (EHR) experience.
- Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy.
