About the Role
About You
- 1–2 years of exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong teller background with at least 6 months in a financial institution or call center.
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
- Working knowledge of Reg CC holds and fraud detection.
- Comfort being on video throughout the workday.
- Ability to multitask across multiple service channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and sense of urgency.
- Availability to work extended hours: Monday–Friday 8am–7pm and Saturdays 8:45am–2pm.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
