About the Role
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for delivering custom medication management services, working closely with hospital clinicians, educating patients, and ensuring medication adherence. You will also manage communications with the Patient Service Center, develop new processes for patient care, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- State registered as a pharmacy technician.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
Preferred:
- Nationally certified as a CPhT.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology.
