About the Role
As a Lead Physician Assistant, you will conduct health assessments, perform physical exams, administer diagnostic tests, and provide therapeutic procedures. You will also educate and counsel patients, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare practitioners and mentor new providers.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree and certification by Physician Assistant (PA) certifying body.
- Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Preferred:
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care setting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor clinic staff.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and clinical management systems (EMR).
