About You
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
- Experience with client direct hire craft.
- Contract management experience.
- Understanding of applicable client work processes including Standard Work Process Procedures.
- Experience in mining and metals.
- Familiarity with client Standard Applications (BSAPs) including ACONEX, TEAMWorks, client Productivity System, PTR, eSub and other automation tools.
