About the Role
As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 15 months to 3 years. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing age-appropriate Montessori curriculum, maintaining the classroom environment, observing and supporting child development, managing classroom behavior, communicating with parents, and engaging in professional development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE accredited) specific to the toddler age group.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers in a Montessori setting.
- Deep understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
- Strong observational and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
