Summary
Launch Potato is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their remote-first team. The role focuses on creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences to drive measurable revenue and performance gains.
About the Role
As a Lead Product Designer, you will independently lead design projects, deliver complete user experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams. You will analyze behavioral data to inform design direction and mentor best practices across the organization.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment.
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.
