Summary
Zinnia is seeking a Lead Product Manager (Compliance and Fraud) to join their team in Greenwich, CT. The role involves driving the evolution of compliance and fraud prevention capabilities across their life and annuity product ecosystem.
About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compliance, AML, and fraud detection capabilities within a modern insurance platform. You will build and enhance controls across the policy lifecycle, develop intelligent monitoring systems, define AML/KYC features, collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams, guide integrations with external platforms, and drive a culture of risk-aware product development.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in product management with direct ownership of features tied to fraud prevention, AML, KYC, risk management, or regulatory compliance in fintech, banking, payments, or adjacent fields.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention techniques and tools including transaction monitoring, behavioral analytics, identity verification, device intelligence, and threat modeling.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, SEC/FINRA).
- Experience integrating third-party compliance/risk tools via APIs.
Preferred:
- Experience designing product capabilities for complex user journeys, such as account origination or financial product onboarding.
- Familiarity with fraud vector detection for synthetic identity, account takeover, payment fraud, or agent/broker manipulation.
- Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CFCS, or CISA.
- Prior work with or understanding of life insurance, annuities, or wealth management platforms.
