As a Lead Product Manager, you will define and drive the product vision and strategy for Shipping Cost Management, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, develop features for accurate shipping settings, establish product metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce or AI/ML-driven products.
- Strong analytical approach; able to define and track success metrics using data.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and regression models.
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of solving business problems using AI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for simplifying complex systems and delivering delightful customer experiences.
