Summary
CaptivateIQ is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN. The role involves leading the vision, strategy, and execution of the Business Planning initiative, Catalyst, a new product line aimed at transforming revenue organization operations.
About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the product vision and strategy for Business Planning, guiding the Catalyst product from launch to market traction. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering to define the MVP, managing design partners, driving roadmap execution, and representing customer voices in product development. You will also mentor developing PMs and act as a thought leader in planning and BPM.
About You
Required:
- 6–14+ years of product management experience, including substantial time as a Senior PM or Principal PM at enterprise SaaS companies.
- Proven zero-to-one track record in leading the creation and launch of a new product or major product line.
- Strong background in enterprise SaaS in data-heavy domains such as BI, forecasting, analytics, or planning software.
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with BPM, FP&A, or GTM planning tools like Anaplan or Pigment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market strategy.
- Customer-obsessed and intellectually curious.
