About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead a segment of Perchwell's core platform product strategy, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to build impactful products. You will own the cross-functional growth strategy, working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to refine positioning and adoption strategies. Your role will also involve shaping product direction with executive leadership and staying close to customer insights to inform product decisions.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS.
- Experience partnering with go-to-market teams on positioning and product-led growth initiatives.
- Proven product leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Track record of delivering high-impact products.
- Exceptional product taste and customer empathy.
- Strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
