About the Role

As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining product positioning, crafting go-to-market strategies, and executing high-impact launches. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and marketers, driving market validation and messaging, developing data-driven insights, crafting compelling narratives, empowering sales and partnerships, leading competitive intelligence efforts, and steering strategic initiatives.

About You

Required:

7+ years of relevant product marketing experience, including at least 2 years in crypto, payments, or financial services.
5+ years of experience across traditional finance, payments, DeFi, or crypto.
Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.

Preferred:

Experience in developing positioning and messaging that resonate with customers and partners.
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative teams.
