About the Role
As the Lead, Product Training, you will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and engineering teams to create and deliver training presentations and lesson plans. You will ensure that course materials provide participants with a solid understanding of the systems and the skills needed for their operational responsibilities. The position requires delivering training in various environments and making minor process improvements to enhance effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with nine (9) years of ELINT/COMINT/SIGINT operator experience on military ISR platforms.
- Active Secret clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Formal U.S. military instructional experience (TRADOC, AETC).
- Experience with Adobe FrameMaker.
- Knowledge of Electronic Warfare and Radar Signal Analysis.
- Experience in the development of computer-based training.
