Summary
Rivian is seeking a Lead Program Manager, Leadership Development to join their team in Normal, IL. The role involves designing, developing, and executing leadership development programs for Operations leaders that align with Rivian's Leadership Guidelines.
About the Role
As the Lead Learning & Development Program Manager, you will program manage onboarding for Team Leaders and Group Leaders, create continuous development strategies, align leadership development efforts with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant program delivery. You will also lead in-person facilitation, develop digital learning offerings, and maintain program performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of Learning & Development program management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of people management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Project/Program Management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Professional certification in learning and development (PHR, CPLP, SHRM, etc.).
