About the Role
As a Lead Program Manager, you will focus on the successful end-to-end delivery of FactSet solutions through strong project governance, cross-functional coordination, and on-time transitions to production that result in high client satisfaction. You will manage multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring consistency, transparency, and predictable outcomes across all assigned programs.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proven ability to manage expectations and influence stakeholders.
Preferred:
- PMP® or PgMP® certification preferred.
- Experience in the implementation of a financial system within a bank, insurance company, or Asset Manager.
