- 4+ years of technical work experience
- 4+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices
- Experience bringing teams and processes from development to production
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing roles
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- 1+ years experience leading technicians in a manufacturing environment
