About the Role
As a Lead QA Engineer / Senior SDET, you will be responsible for driving automation-first approaches using Playwright, collaborating closely with developers, and ensuring high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example, build robust testing infrastructure, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines while maintaining a hands-on approach to test code.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years in QA Automation, SDET, or Lead QA roles.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Deep knowledge of Playwright or similar frameworks like Cypress or Selenium.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with test design patterns, BDD/TDD practices, and debugging tools.
- Proven delivery mindset: automate, optimize, and ship.
- Ability to lead QA strategy while also staying hands-on with test code.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
