About the Role

About You
Required:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in data science capability development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships to influence change.
- Skilled in working with cross-functional data science development teams in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience defining goals, user stories, and prioritizing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Experience in designing, developing, and launching ML/AI solutions that are widely adopted across the enterprise.
- Technical acumen in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
