About the Role
As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will lead and manage on-site restoration efforts, supervise field technicians, conduct site assessments, coordinate daily job site operations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and communicate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will also maintain tools and equipment, identify upselling opportunities, and assist with job estimates.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in property restoration, disaster recovery, or construction-related field.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Prior supervisory or lead technician experience.
- IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).
