About You
- High School graduate or GED and at least one year of service as a security officer at Rush required.
- Valid Driver’s (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin) license required.
- Must possess and maintain current Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
- Must possess and maintain a Firearm Control Card (FCC) at the time of application.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Illinois Firearm’s Owner’s Identification (FOID) Permit.
- Must possess and maintain an International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) basic certification.
- Ability to handle confidential matters and exercise independent judgment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physically able to perform required responsibilities and withstand weather extremes.
