Summary
Raytheon is seeking a Lead Semiconductor Reliability Engineer to join their Advanced Microelectronic Solutions Department in Andover, MA. The role involves leading reliability testing and characterization for compound semiconductor devices.
About the Role
As a Lead Semiconductor Reliability Engineer, you will own end-to-end reliability tasks including planning, designing, testing, analyzing, and reporting. You will interact with a team of process engineers and project leads to produce key reliability metrics and support next-generation technology development. This position requires strong communication skills and accountability in a 100% onsite environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in device-level reliability testing.
- Experience in the design and execution of reliability test plans.
- Experience with applied statistics, reliability modeling, data analysis, and metrics generation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of solid state device physics.
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication and failure analysis.
- Experience in RF field and with lab tools such as probe stations and curve tracers.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC and MIL.
- Proficiency in Python, PyQt, and data analysis tools like Pandas and Matplotlib.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
