WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager - Site Investigation & Remediation to join their team in Austin, Texas. The role involves managing environmental projects, developing new clients, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
About the Role
As a Lead Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing environmental projects involving site characterization, remedial design, and compliance. Your tasks will include data analysis, technical reviews, mentoring junior staff, and business development. You will also manage project teams and ensure the quality of deliverables while maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- PG or PE required, in state of Texas desired.
- 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong background in environmental consulting services.
- Demonstrated expertise with environmental regulations.
- Project Management experience including deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business development experience and ability to maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience in proposal preparation.
- Ability to travel to project sites primarily in Texas and occasionally across the mountain states.
