About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent commercial loan experience.
- 3+ years of related commercial real estate experience, preferably in commercial construction lending.
- Strong knowledge of construction financing, loan structures, and documentation.
- Familiarity with multi-bank loan participations and syndications.
- Experience with commercial banking systems such as LoanIQ, SalesForce, and DocuSign.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $57k–$87k annually.
- Eligibility for incentive compensation including production and commission.
