Summary
Lensa is seeking a Lead SharePoint Developer to join Compass Technology's team in Austin, TX. The role involves overseeing the Cloud Applications Support team and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions.
About the Role
As a Lead SharePoint Developer, you will lead and mentor the Cloud Applications team, manage support operations for SharePoint and related platforms, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance policies. You will also drive user adoption through training and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in SharePoint development and administration.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise projects.
- Technical Skills: C#, ASP.NET, SPFx, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Akumina, WordPress, Azure AD, and cloud security principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
