About the Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a core technical contributor responsible for executing creative software solutions, developing secure high-quality production code, and identifying opportunities to improve operational stability. You will lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams, drive awareness of new technologies, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team culture.
About You
Required:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Deep proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture.
- Fluency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java Spring Boot, or .Net.
- Proficiency in observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform.
- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as ECS, Kubernetes, or Docker.
Preferred:
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, particularly public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
