About the Role
About You
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in Agile environments, ideally using SAFe methodology.
- Hands-on expertise in Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, SQL, and Java.
- Strong front-end development skills, including API integration and secure web application design.
- Deep knowledge of web security, including Akamai WAF and AWS-hosted applications.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to drive AI development initiatives, including spec-driven AI projects, CoPilot, and contributions to AR strategy.
- Track record of leading design and development of portals or large-scale web products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to speak up, take accountability, and drive results.
- Experience mentoring and coaching developers, fostering growth and leadership within the team.
- Passion for building accessible, compliant, and user-friendly digital products.
- Interest in transitioning to a full-time employee role when the opportunity arises.
