About You
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production-grade Ruby on Rails applications.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps or platform-focused engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Practical experience deploying and operating applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Proven ability to debug complex production issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading or contributing to single-tenant to multi-tenant SaaS transformations.
- Experience with distributed systems or event-driven systems at scale.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience operating high-traffic, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog or New Relic.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Knowledge of background job processing systems.
