About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in recruiting, digital communications, social media and/or marketing roles.
- Experience executing multiple deliverables/projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with data/metrics and leveraging data to inform strategy.
- Experience in a creative or design-oriented role, developing communications that engage and inspire action utilizing a variety of digital channels.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint design and Word.
- Knowledge of campus recruiting processes and communications.
- Experience managing Sharepoint sites and Teams channels.
- Experience with social media management and tools, including LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Creative agency experience or experience working with multiple clients or organizations.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), experience in website design and understanding of UX principles.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $80.4k–$148k.
