About the Role
As a Lead Specialist, ServiceNow, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, providing technical leadership to development teams, managing the lifecycle of ServiceNow modules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and provide training and support to enhance adoption and utilization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent professional experience leading ServiceNow projects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Proven track record for leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJAX.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
